Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation lands in your inbox. Once your print is on the way, I’ll send you another email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on delivery.

Free International Shipping on Fine Art Prints

I offer free worldwide shipping on all fine art ocean photography prints. I work with a trusted network of professional fine art printers in Australia, North America, Mexico and Europe to make sure your artwork arrives safely, beautifully, and sustainably.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes (like VAT), depending on your local customs laws. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by Salty See.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to update.

If it’s been more than 14 days since your shipping confirmation and you haven’t received your artwork, send me a note at emy@saltysee.com.au with your name and order number — I’ll follow it up personally.
