I want you to feel confident when purchasing from Salty See. I do my best to ensure each piece is professionally photographed and accurately listed online with the correct size and dimensions. If something isn’t what you expected, please reach out to me directly at emy@saltysee.com.au.
Please note: there are no returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind options for artwork that has been made to order.
I have a no returns on sale items policy.
I recommend avoiding direct sunlight when hanging your artwork, to preserve its quality over time.
Prints larger than 50x75cm (20x30”) may show a slight grain. This is a natural result of photographing in the ocean environment and is part of the authenticity of water-based imagery. When viewed from a standard distance, the grain is not noticeable — it’s only visible up close.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different than expected — for example, if there was a mistake or miscommunication on my part — please contact me and I’ll organise a replacement for you.
If your package arrives visually damaged or opened, I recommend noting this with the carrier before signing. In the rare event an item is undelivered or damaged, please get in touch at emy@saltysee.com.au and I’ll do my best to resolve the situation.
